Founded in 2009, Gibb Group was established with a clear objective: to build an agile, relationship driven platform capable of delivering institutional quality industrial property solutions.

Today, we combine institutional rigour with entrepreneurial agility. Our team brings deep expertise across funds management, development, asset management and project delivery – operating through a fully integrated model that ensures accountability across the entire investment lifecycle.

Our Story

Founded by Matthew Gibb, former senior international executive at Goodman Group, Gibb Group has grown into one of Australia’s leading industrial real estate specialists.

Since inception, we have delivered more than $1.1 billion in prime grade industrial assets for major occupiers. Our current portfolio exceeds $600 million in value, including landmark projects within the Mamre Road Industrial Precinct in Western Sydney — a development program that will deliver more than 135,000 sqm of GLA with an on completion value exceeding $750 million.

Our growth has been underpinned by long term capital partnerships, disciplined balance sheet management and a consistent focus on high conviction logistics markets.
