Founded in 2009 by Matthew Gibb, a former senior international 
executive at Goodman Group, Gibb Group began with a clear vision:

to create an agile, relationship-driven platform capable of delivering institutional-quality industrial property solutions. From those early days, we’ve grown into one of Australia’s leading industrial real estate specialists, with a reputation for excellence in development, 
investment, and asset management.

Over the years, Gibb Group has delivered more than $1.1 billion in 
prime-grade industrial assets for major occupiers. Today, our portfolio exceeds $600 million in value, including landmark projects like the 
Mamre Road precinct in Western Sydney, which will deliver over 135,000 sqm of GLA and an on-completion value of more than $750 million.
